Order Tracking & Delivery

How can I check my Order Status?
You can check the status of your order by clicking "Orders" section inside the menu.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
You can check the status of your order by clicking the "Orders" section inside menu.

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?
Currently, we don't allow to change the address once the order is placed.

How can I get my orders delivered faster?
Currently, we don't have faster delivery option available.However,we always try to deliver the on or before the expected delivery date.

Can I schedule the delivery of my order as per availablity?
Yes,You can. Our courier will call you when your order is out for delivery.Please let him know If you wish to reschedule.

Which Courier will deliver my order?
We use a network of trustworthy partners. And it depends on your location coz we focus on fast delivery.


Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?
Go to Orders section in side menu and click on order you want to cancel and click on Cancel. Cancellation is not allowed If the order has been shipped.

Why was my order cancelled?
If you cancel your order,the status would show as Order Cancelled. In rare cases,If BizzTM cancels your order,cancellation reason will be mention on order details. If you made the prepayment,we will refund your money back.

Can I cancel my order anytime before delivery?
Yes,Go to Orders section in side menu and click on order you want to cancel and click on Cancel. Cancellation is not allowed If the order has been shipped.

Can I cancel part of my order?
Yes,If you placed an order with many Items,You can cancel delivery for each of them. but if it is part of combo with another item,the entire combo will be cancelled.Go to Orders section in side menu and click on order you want to cancel and click on Cancel. Cancellation is not allowed If the order has been shipped.


Return/Replacement

How can I return/replace an item?
Go to Orders section in Side menu and click on order you want to return/replace.Select the option(Return/Replace) and select the proper reason.Return policy is 7 days.

When will I receive my replacement item?
Once we receive your original item,we will process your replacement item in 2 days. We will update you on this VIA text.

What if my replacement item is out of stock?
If the item is not available then we will initiate the refund.


Refunds

When can I expect the refund of my returned order?
Once we receive the original item,we will do quality check and within 2 days will initiate the refund amount.

When can I expect the refund of my cancelled order?
If you cancelled the order before shipment,we would initiate the refund amount imediately. and If you cancelled your order after shipment,it would might take upto 6 days. Once we initiate the amount your bank will take 7 to 10 working days.


Payments

What are the different payment methods?
Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, debit card Net banking & BizzTm wallet.

My transaction failed but amount got deducted from bank account
Don't worry. It will reverse immediately. You can check your bank account balance. In rare cases the process usually takes upto 48 hrs.


Managing Account

I don't remember my password

At the time of login,Click on Forgot password. Enter your mobile name and you will receive one mail on your registered mail ID. You can reset the password.
